Customer Service Information To Place an Order Enter the quantity of each item that you wish to order and click on the Add To Cart button. When you are ready to complete your order, click on the drop-down menu in your shopping cart to calculate your shipping. Choose the category where your order total falls and click the recalculate button. After the shipping has been added to your total, click on the Go To Payments button. Enter your shipping and billing information. Bold items are required for your order to be processed. You can choose to have your information stored to save you time when you return to shop again. After all of your information is entered, click the Continue button. Do not hit the back button, as it may duplicate the items in your cart. Verify that your information is correct then click the Continue button to pay by credit card or via PayPal. (If you do not have a FREE PayPal account, you will be able to set one up). Please allow 3 - 7 days for delivery of items ordered directly through Party Basic's Cafe. (Items ordered through Megan's Pantry are processed and shopped separately). Party Basic.com values your privacy. The personal information collected on this site is for the sole purpose of processing and shipping your order. Your information will not be sold, traded, released or redistrubuted to anyone for any reason, other than to process and ship your order. Party Basic.com does not receive your credit card number. Your credit card information is processed on a secure, third party server. |
